Academics: Undergraduate: Objectives
General Objective

Develop business leaders with a solid intellectual, human, social and professional formation, enabling them to participate competitively in the creation, development and management of new and existing enterprises, as a means to promote economic growth and fair development in the country.

Specific Objectives

  1. Strengthen the values and attitudes that influence personal and social growth as individuals and to allow interaction and coexistence with others.
  2. Develop students' logical thinking, creative and critical need for knowledge development and foster an attitude of lifelong learning.
  3. Develop processes of teaching- learning (monitoring), from direct contact with major companies through a structured program of corporate visits and business internships.
  4. Support research initiatives and encourage teachers to publish their work.
  5. Establish new agreements with national and international universities.
  6. Work with national and international peers.
  7. Develop innovative methodologies and incorporate specialized technology to streamline the teaching and learning process.
  8. Continuously review the curriculum in order to involve the most recent trends in administrative sciences and management.
  9. Encourage the development of entrepreneurship in each class that is developed in the program by applying best practices.
  10. Promote seminars, symposia and workshops to enrich and revitalize the program's curriculum.
