From the very conception of CESA, the business internship program was a fundamental part of the university’s curriculum so that its students would receive perfect business training.

Its main objective is to familiarize students with professional and organizational performance, model their behavior as future managers, responsible not only economic goals but social development in the work environment and enable them to obtain organizational discipline.  The program’s goal is that students know the real business situation in Colombia and also develop new skills.
